Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Forge & Bloom Laser Studio. We take pride in creating high-quality products, including both custom-made and standard items.
This Return & Refund Policy is aligned with South African consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA).
Custom-Made and Personalized Products
All custom-made items are created specifically for you and are therefore considered final sale. We are unable to accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges on custom orders unless the item is found to have a manufacturing defect.
Custom-made or personalized items, according to customer specifications, including but not limited to:
• Names or wording
• Custom designs or layouts
• Specific sizes, colours, or materials
Standard (Non-Customized) Stock Items
Standard, non-customized stock items may be returned for a change of mind, provided that:
• The item is unused and in its original condition and packaging;
• The return request is made within a 7 day period after delivery.
Please note:
• Return shipping costs for standard, non-customized items are the responsibility of the customer.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If goods are damaged or incorrect, please contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Replacement or refund will only be considered once we have determined that:
• The damage was caused by a manufacturing fault; or
• The item was damaged by the courier during transit.
To report an issue, please email us with:
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Where a claim is approved, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with CPA requirements. Where the fault is ours or due to courier damage, return shipping costs will be covered by Forge & Bloom Laser Studio.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Please note that colours may vary slightly between screens and devices (including desktops, tablets, and smartphones) due to differences in screen resolution, pixel density, and file formats. Our screens are professionally calibrated, and all prints are produced to match the colours as displayed on our systems as closely as possible. Forge & Bloom Laser Studio cannot be held responsible for colour variations between screen display and final printed products. If you are unsure about colour selection, we recommend contacting us prior to placing your order.
The above applies to our veneered wood products as well, as they are made from natural, real wood. As such, each piece features unique characteristics, including variations in grain, pattern, and the presence of knots. These natural variations differ from sheet to sheet and product to product and are an inherent part of the material. They are not considered defects or damage.
