Production Time & Shipping

We create each piece especially for you, so please allow time for production before shipping.

Production Time
All our items are made to order.

- Processing time: 3–5 working days
- This is the time needed to design, create, and prepare your custom piece before it is shipped.
- Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Once your order is ready, it will be handed over to our courier for delivery.

Weddings & Special Occasions

For 20+ items for weddings or special occasions, the lead time is 2–3 weeks, depending on the quantity. Please order in advance, as some items or materials may need to be sourced from our suppliers.

For bulk pricing or special requests, kindly complete the online custom order request or contact us via WhatsApp or email to discuss your order.

Rush Orders
Need your order sooner? Contact us before placing your order to discuss rush processing options.
We’ll do our best to accommodate urgent requests whenever possible.

- Delivery time: 3–5 working days after dispatch
- Shipping fee: Flat rate R85 nationwide
